Using our clients CRM system and supporting their 20+ territory managers; (They are responsible for hosting the breakfast meeting events.) we create invite lists based on geographical/distance from event locations; produce bespoke postal invitations and follow up email invitations. The recipients (growers/agronomists/distributers/processors) confirm their bookings to us via telephone/email/online. SMS text reminders are broadcast 24 hours before the event.
Over a 3 month period, in excess of 35,000 postal invites and emails will be printed/mailed out to support in excess of 45 regional breakfast meeting events.
