Yes Response will be exhibiting again at this year’s Lets do Business event at the Uttoxeter Racecourse on Thursday 23 June. The event is organised by the Chamber of Commerce. David Hanley managing director of Yes Response has been appointed to its steering committee, with the purpose of implementing new initiatives for this year’s exhibition. Year on year the number of exhibitors and delegates has increased significantly due to its excellent location with both indoor and outdoor exhibition space.
Visit our stand (details to be confirmed) to find out how Yes Response can help grow your business with our customer communications and fulfilment solutions. Due to the UK’s ever growing online shopping habit, the Royal Mail has enjoyed a 6pc rise in parcel delivery in December last year by delivering 130m parcels.
Since the privatisation of the Royal Mail in 2013 their delivery business has achieved their target. However letter deliveries have continued to decline 3pc in the same period.
Yes Response can provide a bespoke mail order and e-fulfilment solution to help you grow your business.
Yes Response wishes all our clients, business partners, suppliers and advisers a Prosperous 2016.
David Hanley, managing director and founder of Yes Response celebrates 21 years in fulfilment services this January.
Amazon customers have recently expressed their feelings regarding the huge boxes and lots of large wrapping paper used when Amazon send parcels, quite often for only small items.
In 2008 Amazon signed up to the Frustration Free Packaging initiative where it vowed to cut back on excess packaging but it does not seem to have been completely successful. In the UK more than 31 million tonnes of waste is created every year!
At Yes Response we pride ourselves on being efficient with our packaging. We recycle and re use suitably sized packaging to minimise client costs and to help the environment. This packaging ethos also reduces costs of carriage. We ensure that all our parcels are well packaged neatly and securely to minimise the risk of damage to the goods in transit, thus portraying our clients high brand values.
