The brand name Yodel is to disappear

Yodel, the parcel carrier known for its poor service, is to be rebranded as InPost. InPost operates parcel lockers and their mission is to promise deliveries to lockers within 48 hours, giving the customer the flexibility to nominate a locker delivery point of convenience. InPost states the average Briton receives six parcels a month and experience at least one missed delivery. Unlike Hermes parcel carrier who believed a name change would solve their reputation and poor service, InPost have a positive proposition to enhance the delivery experience.
