INCREASING RESPONSE RATES

One of clients had undertaken an ongoing “how are we doing” email to their new customers, they were disappointed with the engagement and response  rates. Yes Response created a cost effective and user friendly postal survey. Immediately the response rate increased by 150%.  A postal communication is user friendly, and genuinely gives an impression that the client is investing in his customers and wants a meaningful engagement; (there is recognition that an email has cost nothing to produce and doesn’t vanish from your screen). The recipient can then engage and complete the survey  at a time to suit, and or easily pass to someone within the organisation who may be more relevant to provide feedback.
