The Royal Mail have announced that the price of a “Retail” first-class stamp will increase from 95p to 1.05 pounds and a second-class stamp from 68p to 75p in April. (For historical reference a first-class stamp was 3p in 1971, 27p in 2001 and 46p in 2011!!) Yes Response provides considerable discounts on bulk mailings, and in fact these costs have increased marginally over the last 4 years. So do not be discouraged from headline postage prices and the increases and ensure your customers and prospective customers receive printed communications which are impactful and well received. Whilst Yes Response employees maybe giving up cakes, biscuits, bread and sweets for Lent, Yes Response won’t be giving up delivering a timely, cost effective and reliable diverse range of fulfilment services to our clients in this period!

Yes Response hit the ground running this year on UK and overseas mailings, bulk fulfilments and event-based tasks for our clients whilst juggling with Royal Mail strikes and Royal Mail cyber-attacks!  We have mailed out; event postcards, growing guides to cereal farmers, notifications to housing association tenants, community newsletters, AIA financial communications to finance house commercial customers. We have uploaded USBS for a media tour. Fulfilled;  books to a client’s field force,  Rubik cubes to clients’ employees, conference gift packs to attendees , sample packs to social media influencers. And finally fulfilled Valentine’s Day gifts to a client’s customers! So, if you require a cost effective and timely mailing and fulfilment service on an ad hoc or ongoing basis please ask for an estimate without obligation. In many instances our preferential postage and despatch costs savings make a significant contribution to the fulfilment and or mailing production costs.

Samantha our operations manager was busy over the weekend making cup cakes and muffins. In return for a donation employees could eat as many cakes! We raised over 100.00 pounds, a magnificent effort from everyone. Thank you.

Yes Response makes every effort to ensure we minimise wastage on packaging. In conjunction with our panel of printing partners we ensure print which is being mailed out is either delivered to us loose on pallets, in returnable transit pods or we return the boxes for their reuse. Not only does this minimise wastage it collectively reduces costs for our clients.
