Product packaging, assembly and coordinated deliveries to events
Yes Response have been tasked with sourcing bespoke transit packaging and product assembly of three sizes of spreaders (hand-operated devices used for the even distribution of various materials on grass areas), including inflating the tyres. Yes Response are then responsible for the despatching of five products to sporting venues including Wimbledon, Premier League stadiums and trade events and the coordination of couriers for collecting the spreaders to return to our storage for future events. The packaging sizes vary in lengths of 1.3m, 1m and 0.75 metres and had to be robust for multiple outward/inward transit via couriers.
EURO 2024 competition prize fulfilments
To support one of our clients’ promotions, Yes Response have been tasked with fulfilling Euro 2024 prize winners with footballs, t-shirts and sports bottles. Yes Response have sourced the packaging and can ensure timely weekly fulfilments in a cost effective way whilst tracking the safe delivery to the prize winners.
Happy 40th birthday Ada
Ada our mailing operative celebrates her 40th birthday today. Very best wishes to Ada on this landmark birthday. Ada is celebrating with a holiday in North Wales with her two sisters – we hope she enjoys a well deserved break. The photograph below was taken with her colleague Jen last Friday before her retirement.
Printed Display Materials for Exhibitions and Events
Yes Response can supply printed display boards, pull- up banners, flags and fixings for your indoor/outdoor exhibitions, shows and field based demonstration areas. We can provide same-day estimates, and materials can be produced for delivery on site within three to four working days. Third party collections after the event can be arranged, and materials can be stored ready for delivery to future events. We can also provide printed sales literature and promotional flyers, with the option to collate into exhibition goody bags.
Jennifer’s (Jen) Retirement
Sadly, for us, Jennifer, one of our mailing operatives, retires today after 5 years with Yes Response. Jen has addressed, collated, packed and mailed millions of mail items in numerous formats. Jen will be sadly missed, not only is she a great employee and friend to us, her sewing skills came to our rescue on many occasions, from zip replacements to repairing rips. Jen has promised she will still come to the rescue on that front! Samantha, our Operations Manager, made a leaving cake reflecting on her sewing passion. Yes Response wish Jen and her husband Vic a long and happy retirement.
What do your customers think about your products and after service?
You may deliver a brilliant product or service, but sadly poor after-care support, poor distribution or vice versa!
