AN EXTREMELY BUSY LAST QUARTER IN 2014
Yes Response had their busiest last quarter period in 2014 in three years.
Working with both existing and new clients, with ongoing and ad hoc projects across all our service offerings, right up until the 23rd December!
This year will be equally busy with some new prestigious client names coming on board in the first quarter of 2015; utilising our diverse range of services, including mail order and e-fulfilment, literature fulfilment, response handling, POS storage and distribution, lettershop and kit collation, customer satisfaction programmes, databases and telemarketing.

A HEAVY MAILING!
On Tuesday afternoon we received the catalogues and corrugated envelope packaging from our client. In 48 hours we have collated/packaged/addressed and mailed out almost 3500 catalogues. The 386pp catalogue each weighing 1.75kg (total weight 6,125 kg-14 pallets ) were collected by our postal provider in 2 collections. The catalogue promotes high-end and innovative railing and balustrades, and is being mailed to architects and specifiers. So if you require a timely and cost effective mailing solution for your sales literature and POS, do not hesitate in requesting an estimate by return.
YES RESPONSE TEAM ALMOST READY FOR THE JCB MUD RUN 2014.
The Yes Response team are almost ready for their participation in this year’s JCB Mud Run on Saturday 5 July at 10am. The organisers are busy finalising the course, to quote the organisers; “The course is being built, trimmed and of course, dug! We’ll water it nearer the time to ensure it is up to our usual standards.”

URGENT MAILING IN RECORD TIME AND SAVING MONEY
On Friday afternoon, one of clients advised us a mailing that needed to be facilitated on the Monday, to promote an exhibition that weekend to 950 existing customers. Due to timings this would ordinarily need to be posted Royal Mail first class. However, we facilitated the digital printing in 4 colour, personalising and posting out within 4 hours same day! Meaning we were able to save monies by using Royal Mail second class and it would be with the customers one day earlier than originally scheduled. Delivering outstanding turnaround times and cost effectiveness is all part of the Yes Response service offering to our clients.
EXCEPTIONALLY BUSY MAY
These are just a few of the recent projects completed.
- Polybagging 45,000 A5 leaflets in 5 days. There were 48 variations which needed to be reboxed and labelled for the client’s own internal distribution.
- Mailing a ‘What’s On’ to 14,000 contacts.
- Re-collating and palletising 14 pallets of low alcohol beer and delivered to a Glasgow distribution centre with an allocated time slot.
- 400 records contacted by telephone to verify contact details and email addresses for a new mailing sector for a capital equipment distributor.
- 2 day exhibition event support which included sameday collation and deliveries of promotional giveaway bags due to an overwhelming demand at an event 120 miles away.
- Printing 95,000 A5, 16pp leaflets in 4 colours. Mailing 15,000 copies and facilitating 3 time sensitive deliveries to magazine printers as a loose insert, all within 5 working days.
- Data capturing and analysing coupon redemptions in response to a mailing campaign.
