TODAY 25TH MAY – GDPR COMMENCE

Today marks the commencement of the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which replaces the Data Protection Act of 1998.

A recent guide for GDPR for Marketers: The Essentials’ – the DMA state the following:
