Over the last six  weeks, we have project managed the production and mailing  out in excess of 350,000 direct mail pieces in a variety of formats; postcards, letters, 3D mail packs and postal tubes . The mailings were impactful whilst taking advantage of our preferential postage rates. One new client (an independent high street jewellery shop) has saved over 4,000.00 pounds on their annual catalogue mailing postage costs by using Yes Response.

The Golden Quarter

Today marks the beginning of the Golden Quarter; preparations leading up to Christmas. Yes Response have been tasked with distributing almost 30,000 advent calendars , either in bulk or being mailed in bespoke mailing carton’s for our clients  60 plus customers, both to UK, EU and ROW addresses. Our client is a promotional merchandise and corporate gifts company, and their clients want a one stop solution  from sourcing through to their customers receiving their gift. Yes Response promise to remove the headaches from such tasks in a timely and cost effective way. In addition to this project, we will be sorting Christmas card mailings, gift hamper collation and distribution and seasonal  fundraising mailings for our charity client.

This so called subscription box deliveries service is most popular with the under-35s with one in four consumers already signed up. The Royal Mail have said that this boom in subscription delivery is mainly due to start-ups with other businesses keen to get involved.

Yes Response were recently tasked with the coordination and delivery of promotional t-shirts to 15 worldwide locations within 5 days for a client’s rebranding launch. This encompassed the picking and packing of different sizes/logo designs for each of the 15 office locations. Yes Response had to ensure cost effective delivery partners were used along with the essential documentation to ensure the t shirts arrived in time for the clients rebranding launch.

RECIPE BOOKLET DISTRIBUTION

Yes Response were tasked with printing a recipe booklet and facilitating distribution across Europe all within 9 days. This publication was 124 pages, with a laminated cover and a print run of 6000 copies. The booklets then had to be distributed cost effectively (using three different delivery networks and service levels) to 24 European addresses with a critical launch on day 7 in Switzerland.
