Richard and Malcolm are our trusted drivers undertake nationwide deliveries and collections to support and interact with  our clients and their customers  at shows and events. As ever, bespoke  materials are produced by Yes Response and need to be delivered  at specific times;  unloaded, erected and dismantled after the event. Over the next few  weeks our van will be visiting; Colchester, Lincoln, York, Dundee, London, Manchester, Bristol and closer to home Derby! In August we take delivery of a new VW Crafter van   which is larger and more fuel efficient, helping us to reduce our carbon footprint.

Yes Response  our company name, reflects  exactly how we operate-in a timely and cost effective way delivering a diverse range of direct marketing support services for our clients. Only today, one of our clients customers was complaining about an issue, we were alerted to this in desperation by our client, we in turn acted immediately by contacting the end customer. Within an hour we had turned a negative situation into a very happy customer, who fed back his delight to our client. We received a thank you from our client- the head of sales and marketing “wow, what fantastic support, service at its very best”;  to us we were only doing our job.

Yes Response have had our busiest May on record, completing the following projects;

Mailing out 8 individual client  campaigns (total qty of 57,000 mail packs)  all  mailed out within the same 5 day period. Processing in excess of 1500 telephone and postal orders from a mail order campaign. Uploading 300 USBS with video footage.  Goods in, storage and the timely distribution of 225,000 cans of drink for 8 nationwide promotional sampling events.  Completing 1000 outbound telemarketing calls to verify contact details and or qualify sales leads. Palletising signage and reception furniture with the appropriate export documentation for 12 pallets and shipping to the Ukraine. Commissioning  12 print management projects, involving either personalisation, foil blocking or wiro bound-all tasks completed with short lead times to meet critical timelines for events or mailing .

Yes Response are pleased to have been able to support a charitable cause in our home town; the reopening of Redfern’s Cottage, Museum of Uttoxeter Life.

Yes Response arranged and donated the printed material for the children’s activity sheets and posters.

Royal mail is launching parcel postboxes across the UK from August, marking the first major change in the use of postboxes in 160 years. This imitative reflects a major change in consumer habits, less posting of letters but a massive increase in parcel despatches.

What better way to promote your products and services than to have some samples collated and presented in a presentation box with a strong call to action. Yes Response have recently produced some sample seed packets for a large wild flower seed company. They normally retail their seeds in 2kg packs, these were 20g. Yes Response printed some impactful seed envelopes and filled and sealed them ready for a promotional campaign.

For another client we made up sample boxes, nested with wood wool and sample products, a trade flyer and recipe cards-ready for distribution to prospective stockists.
