FACE MASKS MADE BY JENNIFER

Jennifer our mailing operative and  “resident sewing lady” has used her skills by making face masks for our employees-with  a choice of fabrics to choose from.

In recognition of her efforts and generosity in making these, Yes Response will be making a donation to Captain Tom’s 100th Birthday Walk for the NHS. Tom has raised a staggering 27 million pounds as of today.

Yes Response are working safely and respect protocols during this crisis enabling us to  support our clients and their customers during this difficult period. Yes Response salute the sterling efforts of all workers and carers who are keeping the UK population safe, fed and supported.

  

SUPPORTING OUR CLIENTS AND THEIR CUSTOMERS DURING THE COVID 19 CRISIS

During this crisis, Yes Response have provided a comprehensive range of direct marketing support  services for our clients in a time sensitive and cost effective way. Tasks have included;

Print/personalise/mail on demand to the tenants of  a housing associations. Urgent communications, referencing  safety and emergency repairs; newsletters and information on  home delivery food provisions. Mailings were fulfilled same day to 4000 tenants. Personalised mail formats were  A5 postcards, A4 2pp newsletters  and adhoc bespoke letter mailings to housing developments where a particular issue may have risen.

Taking first line calls for clients who had to suspend their business operations  and required us to handle their calls and forward messages/opportunities to the correct channel / contact/distributor.

Mail order catalogue  for the “senior generation”,  receiving multi channel orders , order processing  100- 120 orders per day with same day fulfilment. We have never fulfilled so many jigsaws!!

EASTER 2020

The celebration of Easter this year will understandably be severely subdued.

Yes Response applaud the efforts and bravery of the NHS staff, carers, emergency services, key workers, logistics operators, volunteers along with  the enormous  gestures of goodwill from both the general public and businesses small and large, locally and nationally  in fighting the Covid 19 pandemic crisis.

Yes Response have remained open during this period; albeit with a core team of staff to support our clients who depend on our services on a daily basis. We have operated safely, embracing guidelines.

Yes Response would also like to  take this opportunity to wish all of  our clients, personnel, suppliers and business partners a safe and reflective Easter break, in these challenging times.

Finally, should any local charities or supporter groups need assistance in printing marketing materials  and its  distribution –we are happy to provide this at no cost.

CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

The safety and well-being of our staff, customers and suppliers is our top priority. Yes Response will continue to work with our clients and suppliers to ensure our normal level of service is maintained especially where we provide critical and time sensitive services.

We are closely monitoring guidance by the World Health Organization and Public Health England. We are communicating with our staff members regularly with regards to following the government advice in relation to personal hygiene, and have advised staff members to self-isolate in accordance for fourteen days if symptoms become apparent.

We have advised all staff members to avoid the use of public transport and practice social distancing. All but essential visitors to our site are being asked not to visit.

We are continuously reviewing our contingency plans and will react and update appropriately.

HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY

For one our clients we were tasked with sourcing bottles of champagne,  printing a Valentines message card  and the timely despatch to their strategic business partners database to celebrate Valentine’s day.
