PROMOTING NEW LITERATURE TO YOUR DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS

Yes Response were tasked by  one of our  clients to notify their  nationwide range of stockists/retailers and field force that new product brochures are now available to order. Our client has over 550 nationwide stockists with 1600 personnel responsible for promoting and selling their products. Yes Response produced personalised mail packs (personalised letter, printing a nine  page sales bulletin and enclosing a sample copy of the new brochure)  for each recipient and consolidated the packs into a bulk despatch to each of the 550 outlets. This task was completed in less than 3 working days cost effectively.

THEMED EMPLOYEE HOME DELIVERY GIFT PACKS

Over the last six weeks Yes Response have been tasked with providing an end- to- end solution for themed gift packs for Pancake Day, Easter and launching a new client brand identity. Yes Response source all gifts, merchandise, printed collateral; employees then receive a branded box with the contents, sent in a timely (sometimes to coincide with a themed Zoom event) and cost effective way to their home address. During these challenging times, clients have recognised the importance of employee engagement through channels other than online, where face to face contact was not an option. PRINT, PERSONALISATION AND MAILNG FOR AN INAUGURAL EVENT

Yes Response were tasked by one of our clients to provide a one stop print, personalisation and mailing of a pack to support an inaugural  celebrity chef online home cooking event. Within six days Yes Response printed a pack  containing an A5 12 page recipe book/programme of events and two ingredients shopping lists, which was mailed out in a bright coloured envelope to 5000 attendees ( a bulk mailing of 4000,  then with daily mailing for late registrations, up to 48 hours before the event).  The feedback from our clients attendees was so positive, the added value from receiving high quality printed material (souvenir) will ensure  that this format will now be replicated on an ongoing basis.  Yes Response pride ourselves on delivering a cost effective and timely one stop solution for our clients; we remove the headaches and whilst also  saving  our clients money

THE BENEFITS OF TELEMARKETING

One of our key clients hosts an industry specific range of events throughout the year, like for most  of last year they have had to adapt to online events. Yes Response were tasked with contacting all prospective organisations to gain and email addresses for potential delegates ; (previously we would mail out the conference invites). Whilst gaining this information successfully, and updating contact details we were also able to promote an early bird booking discount for their flagship event; our efforts were acknowledged  in  generating  advanced bookings. Ultimately, there was  a booking uplift of 20% on previous year’s attendance! Our client was delighted, and this process will now be adopted for all future events in 2021. Telemarketing is a cost effective and rapid way of gaining information and indeed relaying information  in a timely manner.

SEASONS GREETINGS

Instead of mailing Christmas Cards this year, Yes Response has made a donation to The Douglas Macmillan Hospice, a local specialist palliative care provider in Staffordshire.
