It has been a busy second quarter, with lots of extra projects completed, over and above our usual daily fulfilments, customer service and telemarketing functions.
These have included:
- Collation & distribution of 14 lines of branded clothing (in multiples sizes & gender) to 70 personnel. The clothing was packed per person & mailed out to UK home addresses or work locations in addition to a large DHL shipment to the USA.
- Print/personalise/mail 7000 A5 postcards to farmers with the contact details of their account manager for a leading finance company.
- The delivery of display panels/POS & exhibition give-aways to a stand at Cereals, hosted at Jeremy Clarkson’s farm in early June. Three days prior to the event taking place, there was torrential rainfall, meaning all vehicles had to towed on & off site. We facilitated the collection of the display stands after the event – thus removing all the logistical headaches for our client.
- Print/personalise/mail out 6000 A5 postcards promoting a family festival with details on registration.
- Printing & collation of 6 inserts into a pouch & affixing lanyards for 24,000 attendees of a family festival.
- Project managing the print & Royal Mail household delivery to 37,000 homes promoting a community music festival.
- Collation of 6000 lots of 12 printed items into a grip seal bag, boxed/labelled in 70’s for distribution to retail outlets.
- Print/personalise/mail out Gift Aid communications for two Charities with customer database quantities of 5k & 7k.
- Print/personalise/mail out an AGM communications pack to 700 stakeholders of a charity.
- Printing pull-up banners and A0/A1/A2 display boards for a roadshow.
- Collation of leaflet, two mugs, tea bag, coffee sachet and biscuits into a printed box with a welcome letter and posted out to approx. 90 new customers per month. The relevant account manager then has a reason to visit the new customer for chat!
